CHALLENGE
Lumber Liquidators store growth required additional capacity for storage of wood flooring trim and accessories, plus the amount of “on-hand” inventory doubled along with SKU growth.
SOLUTION
For their “bulk” loads, Lumber Liquidators installed two rows of thirteen bays, two deep and five high structural racking to give them additional capacity on their fast moving SKU’s. For their “each” items, Lumber Liquidators installed five rows of seven bays single deep, two high with bulk storage above.
RESULTS
More capacity to support Lumber Liquidators aggressive store growth.
