CUSTOM SPACE RECONFIGURATION
The Red Cross needed to consolidate its Virginia and California facilities to operate out of a single warehouse. PeakLogix retrofitted the existing warehouse in Lorton, VA.
Using portable stacking frames and a 2-story prefabricated office enclosure, the American Red Cross was able to more effectively use a singular facility.
The American Red Cross was able to reduce the number of employees needed to perform an assigned task streamlining its payroll costs as well as its facility costs by closing its California-based warehouse.
- Increased productivity
- Streamlined payroll
- Decreased facility costs
- 30’x 100’ two-story office; 18’ high.
- Special HVAC and power requirements for the building.
- Flooring, workstations, shelving were all included.
