CHALLENGE:

In addition to the existing office being located in a 40-degree environment, it had grown too small for the current staff using it. The client also wanted a solution that reduced the amount of unnecessary foot traffic within the office.

SOLUTION:

PeakLogix proposed a larger office located atop a full height mezzanine. This design allowed for ample work space for supervisory staff, a reduction in foot traffic on the main floor area and an increase in storage space underneath the new office space.

RESULTS:

The supervisory office was increased by almost four times its original size, from 78 square feet to 296 square feet, and allowed for floor storage space to be reclaimed where the old office once stood. US Foods has witnessed an increase in employee productivity with fewer interruptions and a significant decrease in unnecessary foot traffic through the office.
